What is the Take a Shot experience?

The Take a Shot experience is an hour long interactive selfie museum with multiple interactive events.

What precautions are we taking to keep everyone safe during COVID-19?

To ensure the safety of our guests are required to wear masks while in common space but we allow you to take them off once in the exhibit. We santized thoroughly after each group, and hand sanitizing stations are accessible throughout the exhibit.

We are located on the waterfront in the middle of Fells Point. Right across the street from the bakery.

Look for a blue doorbell.

How long does the experience last?

You will have one hour to walk through the exhibit. Please plan your arrival 10-15 minutes prior to your reservation. Upon your arrival, there will be a quick briefing and check in.

What should I bring?

-Your camera phone or your camera

-Ladies, bring flats if you’re wearing heals. We’re on the 3rd floor.

-Changing clothes are allowed

How often do the rooms change?

We change rooms every 3 months/seasonally

Can I walk-in?

You can still book online 24/7 – up to an Hour before you plan on visiting our museum.

We are not taking walk-in’s currently – Sign up for our newsletters online and we’ll keep you posted.

Are children allowed?

Of course! We love the kids!

All children under 15 years old must be with an adult.

Are food and beverages allowed?

Food is NEVER allowed in the museum. Food or drinks are only allowed if you reserve a private event.

Can we bring a photographer?

Yes, but the museum will still be open to the public, unless you book a photography session. The photographer would still need to pay an admission fee for general admission.

Can we book the whole museum?

Yes! Go online and book the Private Experience.

When I arrive- Is there a time limit? Is an hour enough time?

You must be on time to utilize your full hour. For example, if your scheduled time slot is 2-3, you must be here at 2pm and finished by 3pm.

Most guest stay in the museum for 30-45 minutes, so the hour is usually enough time.

What if I need to make a change to my reservation?

To make changes to your reservation;

What if I am running late?

We get it, things happen – But due to safely guidelines and capacity limitations we can only allow a 15-minute grace period.

We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Reminder: Your booking is only valid for the time that you’ve booked for. Ensuring your safety is critical for us to maintain social distancing standards.


We provide you a 15 minute grace period after your booking time, however afterwards we will make the necessary arrangements to help you reschedule your booking.

Can I change my outfits?

Yes you can.

We have 2 bathroom/dressing rooms.

How do I book I the private experience?
Is there a deposit for events?

Yes. 50% Deposit due when booked | Remaining due 1 week

Event will be canceled is full payment is not paid within 48Hrs prior to experience.

Can we bring alcohol?

ALL ALCOHOL must be served by a Maryland State licensed bartender. 

NO EXCEPTIONS

How much time do we have to setup?

We allow 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for setup and clean up. If you need more time, this must be discussed at least 1 week before your event.

We ask that you leave the museum exactly how you found it. All trash can be placed inside of the trash can that we provide and our staff will take care of it after your event.

Is outside food allowed?

Yes, we do allow catered food

Are tables and chairs included?

Based on the level of stand up fun our guests have in our lounge, we have limited tables and chairs. We have enough seating for about 10. We have a large 8 foot table that can hold food and drinks.

What is the difference between a Date Night and a Group Package?

A Date Night package can only be booked for up to 4ppl

A Group Package can be booked for up to 20 ppl for a Rooftop event and up to 35 ppl for a Private event.

How much time will my guests get inside of the actual museum when booking an event?

Your guests will be able to enjoy the entire museum the entire time you have rented it.

We have 35 ppl capacity limit for the entire venue | 20 ppl capacity limit for the rooftop


Can we bring extra people?

Our max amount of people is 35 in the building at one time. No additional guests will be allowed.
